This month we’re focusing on our health.

Find out what some of our staffers do to get healthy!

I go to the gym! I’m bad at working out solo. I’m usually more successful when I work out with a community of people. It’s more fun when I go to a class with a friend!

I always try to make sure I drink enough water. It is amazing how much of a difference it can make in how you feel overall.

As ridiculous as it sounds, I do Jillian Michael’s workouts on DVD. I’m a huge fan of yoga, and she has two amazing yoga fat burning tapes. Some people find it hilarious, but I’ve never been in better shape.

Since moving into my apartment last month, I’ve made some small steps to a more healthy lifestyle. I’ve cut back on drinking sodas and snacking, I eat out less and I’m looking into gym memberships, which isn’t something I’ve ever been concerned with. Baby steps.

I love to run as both exercise and a stress reliever. I try to every morning or whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed with life! Drinking a lot of water and a fresh summer berry salad always does the trick too.
